Required Practice Begins Wednesday

Mandatory rehearsals for the fall marching season begin at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 27. The directors will begin assigning "dots," so students must be there in order to have a place in the show. Students are to have memorized the opener music. They should come with plenty of water and suncreen and should wear a hat, shorts, white or light-colored T-shirts, shorts and athletic shoes. No student will be allowed to march outside if he or she has not turned in the purple phsical form.

Bus to DCI Leaves Brook at 5:30 p.m. on Friday

The bus from Clear Brook to the DCI performance on Friday, July 22, will depart at 5:30 p.m. Students who have ordered tickets (by filling out an order form) and either paid for them or made arrangements to pay for them are to meet Mr. Mauldin at 7:15 p.m. at the Rice Stadium east ticket window.

Celebrate at Skeeter's!

It's a fundraiser to celebrate the fundraiser! Please join us in celebrating the success of the fireworks store fundraiser from 7 to 10 p.m. on Thursday, July 21 at Skeeter's on El Camino Real. When ordering food, mention that you are with Clear Brook Band, and 10 percent of your bill will be donated to the booster club.

Rehearsals Cancelled

The directors have cancelled Tuesday night hornline rehearsals for the rest of the summer. They have also cancelled this Saturday morning's parade rehearsal so that students can help with the fireworks store.
