Payment for Charter Bus

Please send students to school with a check for $20 made out to Clear Brook Band Booster Club (CBBBC) by Wednesday, September 29. The check pays for lunch and a ride on the charter bus to Huntsville and Galena Park on Saturday, October 2. Band moms will collect and record payments just outside the band hall.

No uniforms tonight

As of 4 p.m. today, the band was headed to CCISD Stadium for the Galveston Ball football game. Students are not wearing uniforms, because rain is expected. Mr. Ary said they are wearing blue jeans if they have them, and if not, they are wearing the shorts they brought to wear under their uniforms.

Chaperone Training

Your last chance for chaperone training this year will be at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, September 21, in the band hall. Membership in the booster club and training are required for parents who would like to help with chaperoning at games, contests or trips. The training should take about half an hour.

Rehearsal at Pasadena Memorial Stadium

The full band will rehearse at Pasadena Memorial Stadium 8-11 a.m. Saturday, September 11. (A previously scheduled event at the home stadium prevents students from rehearsing at the CCISD Stadium this week.) Students are to be at Clear Brook High School at 7 a.m. for CCISD bus transportation.
